Medicinal mushrooms were discovered centuries ago in Asia and were used in traditional Chinese, Siberian and Tibetan medicine. We’ve included a blend of our favourites: Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps. Each of these mushrooms has its own healing benefits, including longevity, stamina, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.

While mushrooms may seem like the health star in this bar, we can’t forget that dark chocolate is also packed with nutrients and is rich in antioxidants.

These mushrooms aren’t the psychedelic type but they’ll certainly take your taste buds on a trip!
