Since the start of strike action by workers of Royal Mail (which we fully support) parcel delivery times have reached an unacceptable level for us as a business. With some items arriving two weeks after shipping and in most cases not at all, we are having to foot the bill for failings of Royal Mail bosses.

We have made the decision to remove Royal Mail from our shipping profiles for mainland UK. We will continue to use Royal Mail for NI, Islands and some international parcels. 

We have reduced the price of DPD express pack shipping upto 1kg from £6.99 to £5.10 which will include tracking express delivery.
